Customer Service Is Very Important To Us!
I am the Owner/Operator and I work hard every day helping folks I've just met to help see them home or to their destination. I do not believe in running a shady towing business and I know they are out there more so than not. I do not lurk parking lots looking for illegally parked cars to feed my family or work for Car Lots doing shady repossessions. I do my business towing broke down vehicles or the occasional vehicle accident for local law enforcement to reopen a road. It means a lot to me to have the opportunity to give an extra effort that the competitors "driver/employee" will not. Whatever I can do to make your bad experience a little better I will do without hesitation. I can honestly say I will personally care more about you and your family getting the care you need than any of my competition hands down. I run my business not to be rich one day or to take business from any other towing service, I do what I do to feed my wife and daughter. We don't make a ton of money doing what we do but we do enjoy helping people and working an honest living day to day.
These are a few things I feel like sets us apart from the rest. We appreciate all the people who have used us for their towing, will use us in the future, or just wanted to learn a bit more about us.

We are family owned and operated so you can bet you are going to leave feeling like a part of that family. I have helped a great many of strangers that I will never see or hear from again and that is something that is very important to us here at 1st Response is knowing when I lay down to sleep at night, that I have made a difference in so many families worst of times. I put forth my 100% and regardless what people may say or do directed towards me, I can stand true to my believes and know I do mean a lot to the ones sitting on the side of the road worrying for the worst!
I really take what I do seriously and I am not in business to try taking business from anybody or to make it rich, I do what I do to help people point blank. You can track down any customer I have ever had and I promise you or anyone that may read this they would tell you the same.
